About Build On Renovations
From humble beginnings to full scale residential transformations, Build On Renovations was founded by Mile, a qualified builder with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. His journey began working alongside his father, where he developed not only the hands on skills of the trade, but also a deep respect for craftmanship, reliability, and honest work. He holds a trade qualification in Building and Construction.
Over the years, Mile has gone from completing small repair jobs to managing full home renovations across the southern Gold Coast. Build On Renovations specialises in complete home transformations.
Mile’s unique blend of design and structural knowledge ensures his clients experience a seamless renovation process from initial consultation to final result. His team can assist you in all aspects of your renovation – bathrooms, kitchens, extensions, decking and outdoor areas.

OUR PROCESS
We understand renovating your home can be an exciting, yet daunting process, which is why we are here to guide you every step of the way. Our team of experts and builders will provide you with a clear path to support you through the process, whilst working within your budget. Renovating is not just a job for us, it’s our passion and we aim to make your renovation as simple and efficient as possible by following our proven step by step method.
CONSULTATION
We begin with an in depth discussion to understand your needs, preferences and budget. You will liaise directly with your builder from the start of your project til completion, which ensures consistency with high work standards and customer care.
DESIGN AND PLANNING
Our design team creates detailed plans that align with your vision, or we can implement and offer suggestions on plans you may already have. Once the design is finalised, we will initiate project planning and implement a timeframe. Any council and/or strata approvals will need to take place at this point, prior to construction commencing.
CONSTRUCTION
Our experienced builders bring your designs and concepts to life – the fun starts now! We will keep you well informed throughout the process and you are able to directly contact your personal builder at any stage.
